Why are reviews important?
Shoppers these days love customer reviews. And when we say they love them, we mean they can’t seem to live without them. Take, for example, the fact that one study found that 85% of customers read up to 10 reviews before they feel they can trust a business. That’s a lot of reviews.
It can be difficult to convince a shopper that they should conduct their business with you, as opposed to any of the other dealerships in your area. How does it work?
Any shopper can view recent reviews by clicking on the small Star button in the Falcon widget. By doing so customers can stay on the page while reading other customers’ reviews.
Falcon can also sense when a shopper may be hesitant to schedule an appointment, and send a pop-up prompting them to read some reviews. This social proof is just the push many customers need to feel confident in their decision to come into your dealership.
As shown above, users are prompted to book an appointment at your dealership after reading a few top reviews. A natural follow-up interaction to reading several positive reviews about your dealership would be to schedule a time to come in to the store. All of this is done from the corner of your shopper’s screen– no other websites, phone calls, or interactions required.
The best part about it? It’s all done automatically so that your most recent positive reviews are displayed right from your own website.
